Return to the Body is a retreat held in the transition from summer to autumn – a time of integration, grounding and conscious reconnection with the body. After the intensity of summer, space opens to process experiences, gather energy and build inner stability.

This retreat weaves together conscious movement, breathwork, sound and somatic practices to support sustainable regulation of the body and nervous system. Late summer is not about retreating, but about gentle settling – strength becomes calmer, clearer and more deeply rooted.

The yoga and movement sessions combine flowing Vinyasa sequences, healthy back-focused work, mobility and somatic awareness. Music supports the practice, while sound baths, Yin Yoga, meditation and journaling create space for integration and inner clarity.

At the heart of the retreat is a conscious return to the body – beyond performance and achievement, toward presence, self-awareness and inner steadiness. Return to the Body is designed for those who wish to realign themselves in the rhythm of late summer through movement, sound and somatic practice.

ANISSA LEU | Anissa is a yoga teacher, studio owner and retreat facilitator based in Munich. She has been teaching yoga for several years, offers advanced trainings for yoga teachers, and teaches at national and international festivals. She also organizes yoga events and retreats in Germany and abroad. In 2025, she fulfilled a long-held dream by opening her own studio, CASA C ALMA, in Munich.

Her yoga journey began in Frankfurt and evolved into a holistic and professional field of work. Numerous advanced trainings – including anatomy, functional movement, Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, Pilates, pranayama and meditation – shape her teaching approach.

Inspired by international teachers and extended stays in Bali, her practice became increasingly somatic, fluid and at the same time clearly aligned. In her classes, Anissa combines anatomically sound yoga with flowing, music-driven movement. Her offerings are complemented by Yin Yoga, mobility work, meditation and Shake the Dust® – a somatic movement practice focused on expression, joy and embodiment.

  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  4.30 pm: Meeting point at the ever.grün reception
  5 – 6.45 pm: Opening Circle & Rhythm to Rest – Slow Flow on Beat, Yin Yoga & Breathwork
  7.30 pm: Dinner

• FRIDAY
  8 – 9.30 am: Inside Flow – dynamic Vinyasa Flow to the rhythm of music
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  5 – 6.30 pm: Shake the Dust – HIIT but DEEP
  7.30 pm: Dinner

• SATURDAY
  8.30 – 10 am: Strength & Alignment – functional strength, alignment & body awareness
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  5 – 7 pm: Somatic Yin, Sound Bath & Journaling
  7.45 pm: Dinner

• SUNDAY
  8.30 – 9.45 am: Closing Practice – Vinyasa Flow on Beat with a focus on healthy alignment & Closing Circle
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  Check-out by 12 pm | individual departure

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
