Yoga & Movement Retreat

Embodied Beat is a modern yoga and movement retreat that weaves together music, rhythm and conscious movement to guide you back into the body. Set in the mountain landscape, powerful and fluid sequences meet somatic practice, breathwork, sound and beat – all held within a shared experience of flow.

The practice is music-led: movement arises from inner impulse and rhythm. Sometimes dynamic and playful, sometimes slow and deep – always with a focus on intelligent, healthy movement and refined body awareness. Elements of Vinyasa on Beat, Inside Flow, somatic yoga, mobility work, nervous system regulation and conscious alignment merge organically.

The retreat is complemented by sound baths, breathwork and intentionally created rest phases that allow for integration and regeneration. Between sessions, nature, open space and fresh mountain air offer room to arrive, settle and reflect. Embodied Beat is not a performance space, but an invitation to experience movement, music and summer in your own rhythm.

ANISSA LEU | Anissa is a yoga teacher, studio owner and retreat facilitator based in Munich. She has been teaching yoga for several years, offers advanced trainings for yoga teachers, and teaches at national and international festivals. In addition, she organizes yoga events and retreats in Germany and abroad. In 2025, she fulfilled a long-held dream by opening her own studio, CASA C ALMA, in Munich.

Her yoga journey began in Frankfurt and developed into a holistic and professional field of work. Numerous advanced trainings – including anatomy, functional movement, Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, Pilates, pranayama and meditation – shape her teaching approach.

Inspired by international teachers and extended stays in Bali, her practice became increasingly somatic, free-flowing and at the same time clearly aligned. In her classes, Anissa combines anatomically sound yoga with fluid, music-driven movement. Her offerings are complemented by Yin Yoga, mobility, meditation and Shake the Dust® – a somatic movement practice centered around expression, joy and embodiment.

  5 – 6.45 pm: Arrive & Ground – Opening Circle & Vinyasa on Beat to arrive and settle
  7.30 pm: Dinner

• FRIDAY
  8 – 9.30 am: Inside Flow – dynamic Vinyasa Flow to the rhythm of music
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  5 – 6.30 pm: Shake the Dust – HIIT but DEEP
  7.30 pm: Dinner

• SATURDAY
  8.30 – 10 am: Alignment & Strength – healthy alignment, conscious strength & stability
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  5 – 7 pm: Embodied Yin & Sound Bath – slow somatic practice, fascia work, crystal sound bowls & breath
  7.45 pm: Dinner

  8.30 – 9.45 am: Integrate & Rise – gentle, flowing Vinyasa on Beat & Closing Circle
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  Check-out by 12 pm | individual departure

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
