Yoga, Music & Movement combines dynamic yoga, music and mindful movement to create a varied retreat weekend in Kaprun. At the heart of the retreat is Inside Flow® – a flowing practice in which breath, movement and music gradually merge into one.

The practice is complemented by Vinyasa on Beat, Alignment and targeted Mobility elements, promoting strength, stability and healthy alignment. Calmer Yin Yoga and Sound Sessions provide a restorative balance and create space for relaxation and integration.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out. A retreat balancing flow & sound, dynamics & stillness, movement & lightness.

RETREAT HOST: Anissa Leu

Anissa Leu is a yoga teacher, studio owner and retreat host from Munich. She has been teaching yoga for many years and leads advanced trainings for yoga teachers as well as workshops and retreats in Germany and abroad. With her studio CASA C ALMA, she has created a space dedicated to mindful movement and connection.

Her work combines anatomically grounded yoga practice with flowing, music-driven movement. Training and further education in Inside Flow®, functional anatomy, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Mobility, Pranayama and Meditation shape her versatile teaching style.

What if something comes up and you have to cancel?

Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Christmas | New Year´s Eve:

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price
