This retreat is not about having to — it’s about being. About you. About real breaks, deep breaths, and connecting with people who, just like you, want to step away for a while. Four days just for you — and when you return home, you’ll carry clarity in your mind, lightness in your heart, and renewed energy that lasts.

SARAH BRENDTNER | Sarah lives yoga — and has been doing so for over 15 years. What began as her personal path to greater calm and inner strength has become her calling: guiding people on their own journeys. With more than 500 hours of training, many years of practice, and a lot of heart, she shares her knowledge not only in yoga classes but also in teacher trainings and continuing education programs.

For Sarah, yoga is more than movement — it is arriving, trusting, and growing. In her classes, she combines powerful postures with conscious body awareness and inner depth. Her style, Hatha Soul Yoga, brings you into your strength while gently guiding you back to your center.

  4.30 – 5 pm: Welcome circle & getting to know each other
  5 – 6.15 pm: Yoga for arrival & gentle movement
  7.30 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD Buffet

• FRIDAY – GROUND & FLOW
  8.30 – 9.30 am: Grounding yoga practice
  ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  5.30 – 6.45 pm: Flowing yoga session
  7.45 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD Buffet

• SATURDAY – ENERGY & HEART OPENING
  8.30 – 9.30 am: Fiery morning practice
  ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  5.30 – 6.45 pm: Heart-opening evening practice

• SUNDAY – GRATEFUL & REFRESHED
  8.30 – 9.30 am: Feel & Be Thankful – closing yoga

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
