The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier isn't just popular with winter athletes, but with visitors too. What is usually the reserve of mountain climbers, becomes a lovely day trip for everyone here. The best thing to do is enjoy the picturesque views to the Hohe Tauern National Park from the panorama platform 'Top of Salzburg' in Gipfelwelt 3000. With a little bit of luck you might even catch a glimpse of the mighty Großglockner.
