At the alpine lifestyle hotel ever.grün, we are creating a new culinary signature: Modern. Global. Delicate. This includes classics from the Levant such as mezze, hummus and tahini, but also Asian flavours, Mediterranean freshness and Alpine down-to-earthness.

Our Cross.Over Kitchen brings fresh vegetables, spicy dips and exotic spices to your plate: peppers, cucumber, aubergines, mint, yoghurt, fish, chicken and lamb meet the flavours of pancar and hammera. Spices such as turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, caraway and cumin round off the flavour experience.

Lots of fresh vegetables, regional produce and the unexpected – for a flavour experience that will make you curious.

 

PERFECT FOR VEGETARIANS AND FANS OF VEGAN FOOD.

Vegetarian cuisine and vegan dishes are all the rage at the moment – Alpine & Levantine is perfect for lovers of these. There are so many vegetables, fruits and spices that come together in so many delicious ways.

INDIVIDUAL AND FLEXIBLE FOR GUESTS WHO ALSO WANT TO EAT MEAT OR FISH.

We also offer fish, meat and seafood at our restaurant in Kaprun. Our guests can choose and decide for themselves how they want to dine and put together all dishes according to their wishes and hunger at our Feel.Good.Buffet.

If you want, you can make it onto the ski slopes by 8:00 in the morning. But you don’t have to. Our breakfast entirely follows your rhythm. It is included for the guests of our alpine lifestyle and wellness hotel in Salzburg. For all those who are not staying with us right now, à la carte is bookable.
