Every morning from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, a colourful breakfast buffet awaits you in the restaurant on the 1st floor – featuring the best from the region and season, plenty of healthy treats, and a dedicated corner for vegetarian & vegan delights.
From what time can I have dinner at ever.grün KAPRUN?
From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, our varied Cross.Over.Kitchen buffet awaits you. To enjoy your FEEL.GOOD.FOOD at a relaxed pace, please be seated in the restaurant by 8:30 PM at the latest.
When is the hotel bar open?
Our bar opens daily at 11:00 AM and stays open – depending on the atmosphere & occupancy – until around 12:00 AM. The exact closing time may vary, depending on whether there are still any wishes to be fulfilled.
What is the dress code for dinner at ever.grün KAPRUN?
Smart casual is the way to go. Please do not come to dinner in a bathrobe – even if it’s comfortable.
Can I charge food and drinks to my room?
Yes – simply sign the receipt, and everything will be conveniently added to your room bill.

The URBAN.SPA with indoor pool and sauna area is located on the 2nd basement floor.

    The sauna area (nude zone) is accessible aged 16 and above.
    Exception: children from aged 14 and 15 may enter when accompanied by an adult.
    A textile/family sauna is also available in the pool area.
    Remember: The sauna area is a quiet zone intended for rest and relaxation.
    Does ever.grün have a rooftop pool?
    Absolutely! In summer, you’ll find the rooftop terrace with outdoor pool on the 2nd floor – perfect for relaxing on warm summer days.
    Where can I book my wellness or spa appointments?
    ever.grün may not have its own SPA treatment center, but relaxation is always within reach!
    Just about 850 metres (around 15 minutes on foot) away, the ALPENHAUS KAPRUN offers a wonderfully relaxing wellness oasis.

    Whether you’re looking for facials, massages, or beauty treatments – you can truly treat yourself here.

    Does ever.grün KAPRUN have a fitness room?
    Yes! The fitness room is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is located on the 4th floor.
    Are bath towels and bathrobes provided?
    You will find bath towels directly in your room.
    Bathrobes are available at reception – for a deposit.
    Are spa slippers available for the wellness area?
    We consciously choose not to provide wellness slippers – as a statement for sustainability: less waste, more care for the environment.

    Please bring your own spa sandals, flip-flops, or slippers from home. If you don’t have any with you, you can of course borrow a pair at reception.

    Dogs

    Can I bring my dog to the hotel?
    Absolutely – your four-legged friend is warmly welcome! In our dog-friendly rooms and suites, you’ll find a small comfort set waiting for you:

  • Welcome treat for your loyal companion

  • Important: Out of respect for other guests, dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

    You have access to many TV channels – from regional highlights like Kitzsteinhorn TV to numerous national and international programmes.

    Super easy – via your TV. In the menu, under “TV Channels”, you will also find the radio stations.

    Where can I park at ever.grün KAPRUN?
    For your arrival and departure, free short-term parking is available directly at the hotel – for a maximum of 30 minutes.

    If you are staying longer, you are welcome to use an outdoor parking space or the underground garage – EUR 12 per night and parking space.
    Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
    Absolutely! Our e-charging stations (Type 2 | 22 kW | 32A) are available for you.

    Is there a sports equipment room for skis and bikes?
    Yes – there is a sports equipment room with a boot dryer, and you can use it free of charge. In winter for your ski gear, in summer for your bike and accessories. The room is located on the reception level.

    The ski bus stop is only about 50 metres from the hotel.

    What is the Ski ALPIN CARD?
    The Ski ALPIN CARD is your access to three top ski areas with over 400 kilometres of slopes! You can look forward to varied runs, modern lifts, and guaranteed snow on the glacier – ideal for a perfect ski experience all season long.
    What is the ski bus timetable?
    Shuttle service in the centre of Kaprun (connection to Maiskogel & Lechnerberg)
    Approx. 25 December – 30 March | All day, every 20 minutes (subject to change).
    Free use for everyone – even without a ski pass.

    What is the 3K K-onnection?
    The 3K K-onnection links Kaprun, Maiskogel, and Kitzsteinhorn – taking you directly from the village to the glacier ski area.

    Six cable cars connect from the centre of Kaprun through four vegetation zones up to the “Top of Salzburg” mountain station at 3,029 metres.
    The 3K is the longest continuous cable car line in the Eastern Alps – overcoming 2,261 metres of elevation!
    How far is the 3K K-onnection from ever.grün KAPRUN?
    Access to the 3K K-onnection is via the Maiskogel lift, located about 1 km from the hotel.
    What are the advantages of the 3K K-onnection?
    The connection offers you maximum comfort and modern infrastructure at the Kaprun Center.
    You can reach the heart of the ski area quickly and conveniently.
    Is the 3K K-onnection open all year round?
    No – the 3K K-onnection does not operate year-round. Operating times depend on the respective summer or winter season.

    The daily rate is the best available rate at the exact time you book. The price may change daily – depending on demand and availability. This is called dynamic pricing.
    When you provide your credit card details, your booking is guaranteed – we will reserve your room for you.

    What happens if your plans change?
    No problem – our flexible cancellation policy applies. Depending on how close to arrival you cancel, this may be free of charge or subject to a fee.
    What is a “NON-REF” rate or non-refundable rate?
    With this rate, no cancellation or rebooking is possible – not even for a fee.
    The total amount is due 100% at the time of booking and will be charged directly to your credit card after a successful reservation.
