ABOUT FANCYPANTSYOGA

Sometimes a shared interest becomes a hobby – sometimes a hobby turns into a deeper friendship – and sometimes it even grows into great love.

We – Marion, Viki & Carina – have made it our mission to share not only our love for yoga and a deeper awareness of your own body through our sporty, flow-based yoga classes, but also to create a humorous, family-like atmosphere – on and off the mat.

“Fancypants” (English for “getting dressed up”) doesn’t mean it’s all about fancy trousers (though we have to admit that yoga leggings are pretty comfortable). At fancypantsyoga, we try to convey the feeling of “getting dressed up” from the inside out.

We want you to leave class with a smile – feeling good, confident, mobile, sometimes sweaty, strong, and simply beautiful.

ABOUT THE FANCYPANTSYOGA ALPENFLOW RETREAT

Four days full of flows, relaxation, nature, sweat (on the mat or in the sauna), delicious food, maybe a drink or two, lots of movement, a wonderful community, and plenty of fun await you at the fancypantsyoga Alpenflow Retreat.

ON THE MAT

With 2–3 daily yoga sessions/workshops, we’ll flow to the beat (Inside Flow), work toward peak poses (Vinyasa Flow), stretch and relax (Relax & Nidra), and enjoy a great time together on the mat.

OFF THE MAT

Even during yoga-free time, ever.grün leaves nothing to be desired: relax in the wellness area with an indoor pool or on the rooftop with an outdoor pool, book a massage at Alpenhaus Kaprun, go hiking in the mountains, and make full use of the included Zell am See–Kaprun summer card.

  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  4.30 pm: MEETING POINT AT THE ever.grün KAPRUN RECEPTION
  5 pm: “WELCOME YOGA CLASS”
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET

• FRIDAY
  9 am: YOGA CLASS
  Afterwards: ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  5 pm: YOGA CLASS
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET & FPY EVENING

• SATURDAY
  9 am: YOGA CLASS
  Afterwards: ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  5 pm: YOGA CLASS
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET
  9.30 pm: STRETCH & RELAX CLASS

• SUNDAY
  9 am: “GOOD BYE YOGA”
  Afterwards: ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  Individual departure

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
