The fancypantsyoga Alpenflow Retreat combines dynamic, flowing yoga with relaxation, nature and a laid-back community atmosphere. Four days balancing flow & relaxation, movement & wellness, mountains & shared moments.

The daily yoga sessions and workshops combine Inside Flow and Vinyasa Flow with relaxing elements of Yoga Nidra, stretching and relaxation. Flowing sequences set to music, playful work towards peak poses and restorative sessions create a varied yoga practice.

Off the mat, there is plenty of time for wellness, the rooftop pool, nature and personal time out. Shared evenings and relaxed retreat moments complete the days in Kaprun.

RETREAT HOSTS: Carina, Marion & Viki

Behind fancypantsyoga are Carina, Marion and Viki. Their shared passion for yoga is rooted in a long-standing friendship and their desire to teach yoga in a way that is active, modern and full of lightness.

Their classes combine flowing movement with mindful body awareness and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere – on and off the mat. It is not about perfection, but about enjoying movement, feeling good in the body and sharing experiences on the mat.

4 paws on tour: Please let us know before you arrive if your dog is accompanying you. A dog blanket, bowl and treats are waiting for your dog as a welcome greeting. What if something comes up and you have to cancel?

Up to 7 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Christmas | New Year´s Eve:

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price
