Come and practice yoga in Kaprun this summer with a group of friendly participants! Even if we don’t know each other yet, we’ll spend a wonderful time together where you can feel 100% at ease. During the Summer Vibes Yoga Retreat, you’ll have plenty of time for yoga, nature, and yourself in Kaprun.
In the mornings and afternoons, we’ll mainly practice physically oriented yoga.

From experience, the groups are very diverse — ranging from complete yoga beginners (“My friend is bringing me along to the retreat”) to experienced yoga teachers (“I’m a yoga teacher myself and met you at a yoga festival in Austria”). Thanks to my reactive teaching style, I’m able to address all participants at the same time, regardless of their level.

Hie Kim is a trainer, yoga festival teacher, event organizer, and a Pro Teacher of the modern Inside Flow Yoga style. As one of the first teachers at the legendary Inside Yoga Studio, Hie often takes on the role of the compassionate mentor, easing even the most challenging moments with a touch of humor. On around 50 weekends per year, Hie teaches hundreds of yoga teachers and is well known on major yoga stages across the German-speaking world and Asia.

He is the author of a poetry collection, the non-fiction series “The Yoga Teacher Book”, and the founder of the annual yunion Yoga Festival in the Gastein Valley. In addition, Hie Kim teaches numerous video series on the premium online yoga platform tintyoga.com.

His yoga classes are strongly oriented toward the students present in the room. He passes on this reactive teaching approach in his 50-hour advanced training “The Art of Teaching.” With his strong didactic skills and his empathetic, humorous nature, he manages to meet students on a physical, mental, and emotional level, inspiring them with thoughtfully designed classes. His self-written poems during Shavasana are especially popular. Outside of teaching, Hie Kim enjoys spending time in the kitchen or cuddling with his two cats, Yani and Yumi.

• FRIDAY
  8 – 9.45 am: “VINYASA YOGA ALIGNMENT”
  Until 12 pm: ever.grün breakfast
  5 – 6.45 pm: “INSIDE FLOW”
  7.30 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD.

• SATURDAY
  7 – 9 am: ever.grün breakfast
  9 am: individual transfer to Zell am See
  10 – 11.30 am: “YOGA ON SCHMITTENHÖHE”
  5 – 7 pm: “THAI MASSAGE WORKSHOP”
  7.45 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD.

• SUNDAY
  8 – 9.30 am: “FAREWELL CIRCLE”
  Until 12 pm: ever.grün breakfast
  Check-out by 12 pm | individual departure

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
