SUMMER.VIBES combines a varied yoga practice, summer mountain moments and relaxing time out to create a special retreat week in Kaprun. A week balancing flow & strength, movement & relaxation, mountains & me-time.

A varied programme of Inside Flow®, Vinyasa Yoga, Alignment, Functional Yoga and Yin Yoga creates a balanced mix of dynamic practice and regeneration. Powerful flows and targeted exercises alternate with calm, relaxing sessions. A Thai Massage Workshop complements the practice, creating additional space for body awareness and relaxation.

A special highlight is the shared yoga session on the Schmittenhöhe – combining movement, nature and impressive mountain views.

RETREAT HOST: Hie Kim

Hie is a yoga teacher trainer, festival teacher and ProTeacher of the modern Inside Flow® yoga style. For many years, he has been guiding yoga practitioners and yoga teachers at festivals, teacher trainings and retreats throughout the German-speaking region and beyond.

His teaching combines precise alignment, flowing movement and functional elements with extensive experience, humour and a sensitive understanding of the group. The result is a varied practice that challenges, inspires and opens up new perspectives on yoga.

What if something comes up and you have to cancel?

Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Christmas | New Year´s Eve:

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation

Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price

Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price
