This retreat is for you if you want to reconnect with yourself. If you feel it’s time to make your well-being a priority, to lovingly honor your boundaries, and to consciously dedicate time to your body, mind, and soul.

You can look forward to strengthening and gently balancing yoga classes, meditation, mindful conversations with your soul crew, time in nature, mountain hikes, soothing wellness moments, and plenty of space just for you. Whether you’re in the rooftop pool, the spacious spa, or on your yoga mat — you decide what feels right for you in each moment.

LAURA – VINYASA YOGA TEACHER FROM VIENNA | Yoga Alliance certified | 500+ hours of training in Vienna & Berlin

Laura is known for her powerful yet mindful Vinyasa flows that strengthen you both physically and mentally. Her classes invite you to consciously arrive within yourself and take valuable impulses for more mindfulness into everyday life. At the heart of her teaching are the breath, the conscious awareness of your current state, and presence in the moment. This creates a space for inner reflection and a deep connection to yourself. Rhythmic music carries you through flowing sequences and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the here and now. Your mat becomes a safe space where you can unfold freely and truly arrive with yourself. Thematically, Laura’s classes often focus on mindfulness, gratitude, and self-care — with the intention of reaching far beyond the purely physical practice. Inspired by Vinyasa and Jivamukti Yoga, Laura has completed over 500 hours of certified yoga teacher training in Vienna and Berlin. She teaches internationally and regularly hosts yoga retreats abroad — in special places that create space for personal growth, community, and relaxation. Laura is very much looking forward to welcoming you on the mat!

• THURSDAY
  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  3.30 pm: Meeting point at the ever.grün Kaprun reception
  4 – 4.30 pm: Warm Welcome Circle – our lovely yoga crew welcomes you
  4.30 – 6 pm: Yang to Yin Yoga
  From 7 pm: Feel.Good.Food. Buffet

• FRIDAY
  7 – 10.30 am: ever.grün breakfast buffet
  10.30 am: Departure to Zell am See / Schmittenhöhe
  11.15 am – 12.45 pm: Yoga & Meditation on the mountain (weather permitting)
  Alternative in case of bad weather:
  Silent Morning & yoga practice from 8.30 – 10 am in the Alpenhaus Kaprun yoga room
  From 6 pm: Feel.Good.Food. Buffet
  8.30 pm: Sound Journey & Yoga Nidra

• SATURDAY
  7 – 10.30 am: ever.grün breakfast buffet
  10.30 am: Departure to Zell am See / Schmittenhöhe
  11.15 am – 12.45 pm: Yoga & Meditation on the mountain (weather permitting)
  Alternative in case of bad weather:
  Silent Morning & yoga practice from 8.30 – 10 am in the Alpenhaus Kaprun yoga room
  5.30 – 6 pm: Breathwork Workshop – “Relax Your Nervous System”
  6 – 7 pm: Release Control: Yin Yoga by candlelight
  From 7.30 pm: Feel.Good.Food. Buffet

• SUNDAY
  8 – 9.30 am: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation – “Recharge Your Soul”
  9.30 – 10 am: Goodbye Circle
  ever.grün breakfast buffet until 12 pm
  Check-out by 12 pm

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
