FLOW & RESTORE – YOGA RETREAT IN THE MOUNTAINS

At our Flow & Restore Yoga Retreat, you can expect a harmonious blend of dynamic, creative Vinyasa Flow sequences and deeply relaxing Yin Yoga and meditation practices — perfectly balanced with your active time in the mountains.

We’ll move creatively through energizing Vinyasa Flows while also creating space for deep rest and regeneration in harmony with your outdoor activities (Yin Yoga & Meditation). This retreat is suitable for yoga practitioners with prior experience in Vinyasa yoga who also enjoy quiet, meditative sequences.

JULE ARETZ | Jule loves the diversity of yoga — the stillness, purity, naturalness, flow, and authenticity it offers. She especially values the creative power inherent in yoga. Her intention is to bring depth into her classes and to touch people through words.

Her passion for teaching has accompanied her throughout her life. With trainer licenses, a degree in education, and several yoga trainings, the common thread in her journey is clear. Since 2018, Jule has been working as a freelance yoga teacher in Aachen.

Her home base is the beautiful Yoga Individual Studio. After completing her Vinyasa yoga training in 2017/2018, she has continuously deepened her practice through further trainings and workshops, including Yin Yoga, children’s yoga, and Thai yoga massage.

LINDA DIECK | In her teaching, Linda combines everything she personally loves about yoga: strength and flow in Vinyasa, creative freedom through dance, and depth and stillness in Yin Yoga.

She has been working as a freelance yoga teacher since 2019, offering Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Dance Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Her base is in Aachen — including Yoga Individual Studio and the Carolus Thermen — as well as in nearby Belgium.

Originally coming from a dance background, Linda found in yoga a new form of expression for her love of movement, body awareness, and music. In her classes, she places special emphasis on the power of breath and the impact of words, aiming to reach people both physically and emotionally.

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.
• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
