MOUNTAIN YOGA RETREAT

Start and end your day with yoga that truly meets you where you are.

Every morning and evening, a diverse program awaits you — from energizing flow-on-beat sessions to deeply relaxing Yin and Yoga Nidra classes. All sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, just about 850 meters away. Mia and Corinna will guide you on your journey toward greater inner strength, new personal boundaries, and a genuine mindset reset.

The absolute highlight? The Mountain Yoga session on the Schmittenhöhe (weather permitting), right at the summit. Breathe deeply, soak in the alpine scenery, and experience the mountains in all their beauty. The perfect way to take body and mind to the next level — surrounded by nature and fully connected to yourself.

TEACHERS

MIA | Mia has been teaching yoga since 2016 and founded the Yogaprojekt Studio in Baden. Alongside her yoga practice, she holds a PhD in neurobiology and has extensively researched how stress affects both body and mind. In her search for balance, she discovered yoga and quickly realized how powerfully the practice enhances well-being.

With numerous trainings under her belt, Mia loves teaching thoughtfully designed Vinyasa flows and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra sessions. Her motivation? Understanding how yoga helps us live healthier, happier lives — and passing that knowledge on to you.

CORINNA | Corinna has been practicing yoga fyoga since 2016 and completed her training at the legendary Inside Yoga Studio in Frankfurt with Young Ho Kim and his team. Her classes offer a creative blend of strengthening and relaxing asanas, always enhanced by music that perfectly supports the flow.

She especially loves incorporating Inside Flow (flow on beat) elements, bringing joy and lightness into her classes. As a certified Yin yoga teacher, Corinna also ensures that rest and relaxation are an essential part of the experience.

  4.30 – 5.30 pm: FLOW YOGA – CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE
  5.30 – 6.15 pm: RELAX & MEDITATION – DEEP REST
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET

  7 – 9 am: ever.grün breakfast
  9 am: Individual transfer to the Schmittenhöhe
  10 am: MOUNTAIN YOGA (weather dependent)
  5 – 6.15 pm: STRETCH, BREATHE, RELAX YOGA
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET

  8.30 – 9.45 am: MORNING YOGA – CREATE SPACE
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  4.30 – 5.30 pm: FLOW ON BEAT YOGA – MOVE LIKE HONEY
  5.30 – 6.15 pm: MEDITATION & RELAX YOGA – RELEASE MINDFULLY
  From 7 pm: FEEL.GOOD.FOOD BUFFET
  From 8 pm: AFTER YOGA PARTY

• SUNDAY
  8.30 – 9.45 am: GOOD BYE YOGA

  Check-out by 12 pm | individual departure

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

• Program subject to change.
  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
