THE PROGRAM

• FRIDAY
  Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  5.45 pm: Meeting point at the ever.grün reception
  6 – 7.15 pm: “Be Here Now” | Gentle Yin yoga session to arrive and unwind after traveling. Focus on back and neck, calm postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation.
  8 pm: Dinner

• SATURDAY
  8 – 9.15 am: “Morning Twist” | Activating flow with twists, balance poses, and core strengthening. Connect breath and movement for energy, focus, and stability. Invigorating and centering.
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  6 – 7.15 pm: “Let Go” | Meditation, breathing techniques, and gentle Yin yoga for deep relaxation. Helps release physical and mental tension — ideal for winding down in the evening.
  8 pm: Dinner

• SUNDAY
  8 – 9.15 am: “Brave and Free” | Powerful session with anatomically sound sequences. Stability, clarity, and joy of movement foster self-confidence and presence.

  6 – 7.15 pm: “Deep Dive” | Gentle Yin yoga focusing on back and neck. Breathwork and Yoga Nidra support deep release and inner stillness.
  8 pm: Dinner

• MONDAY
  8 – 9.15 am: “Break Free” | Creative sequence with playful elements. Encourages expression, curiosity, and new joy in movement. Varied and inspiring.
  ever.grün breakfast until 12 pm
  6 – 7.15 pm: “Stillness” | Slow, meditative practice focusing on self-awareness and mindfulness. Space for inner calm and conscious connection with yourself.
  8 pm: Dinner

• TUESDAY
  8 – 9.15 am: “Closing Chapters” | Final practice bringing together the retreat’s experiences. Powerful flows, conscious breathing, and a shared closing moment.

• The yoga sessions take place at Alpenhaus Kaprun, approx. 850 m away.
  Breakfast | Dinner: enjoyed together as a group or individually, if you prefer some personal downtime.

  99% of our retreats take place as planned. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher) or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (deadline: 10 days before arrival), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, reschedule it, or provide a substitute teacher.
